To create a new account in Picnook you have to click on the “Get Started” button in the top-right corner of Picnook website.
Enter your account’s details - first and last name, e-mail address, and password or Sign In with Google. If you want to create an account you have to accept Picnook’s Terms of Service and Policy Privacy. Once you do it, press the "Get started" button.

In the next step you will receive a verification email. So you should open your inbox due to verify your email address.

Do I need to prepare images before uploading?

Many of our users ask us what to do before uploading photos. The answer is simple - nothing! ****We will do all the necessary things for you.

You can add photos in original size, cause we will prepare appropriate and responsive versions of photos for your publication it could be even 6000x4000 (px) - although we recommend reducing the dimensions to 3000 px on the long edge. This will reduce the file size and speed up uploading.
You can name your photos whatever you want as our SEO module will do whatever it takes to show your photos on Google. You just need to set the keywords in the SEO module to rename the images and auto-fill the alternative text with keywords.*

How does the post limit work?

Accepted Answer

Your plan determines the maximum number of posts you can have published live on your website. If your plan limit is 15, then you can have 15 live posts active on your website. This limit does not renew monthly or yearly; it is a total amount.

If you reach your limit you can either upgrade to a higher plan on your Picnook account or you can un-publish earlier posts.

How to add the tax sales number to your receipt?

| You can add your TAX number in two different ways, | a) during payment processing (if you have a problem see below) | b) after purchase, by editing the receipt you received at your email address.
